The hotel's convenient location near the University of Southern California and the Wiltern Theatre was a definite plus. the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped, featuring a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area. the Korean cuisine offered at Yeo Soo Restaurant was a delightful culinary experience. However, the lack of the confirmed breakfast service was a disappointment. the staff's response to our concerns about cleanliness and amenities was not up to par, leaving us with unresolved issues. Overall, Rotex Plaza Hotel offers a decent stay for those on a budget, with room for improvement in customer service and adherence to confirmed services.
